Stool Pigeons conduct covert surveillance at IN-N-OUT-BURGER

In a effort, by a leading burger competitor, to learn why IN-N-OUT-Burger restaurants have consistently managed to have repeat customers, despite the state of the economy, they hired a couple of stool pigeons.

 The two pigeons set themselves up on an IN-N-OUT-BURGER sign, to conduct covert surveillance on the hamburger establishment.

The stool pigeons said they prefer to be called 'confidential informants' ...
They also said that there is a lot of shit that takes place during these covert operations.
